The service is free and if you have any questions or concerns with Nedbank Internet Banking, the Nedbank Contact Centre would need to be contacted at 0860 115 060 or International +27 11 710 4844. In order to link one of your own accounts to your profile you will need to visit your nearest branch with your ID book and they will assist you, or if you have a private banker assigned to your portfolio you can request that they do it on your behalf.
