Convergys is a global company that provides outsourced, integrated, customer care and billing services. Most careers at Convergys are centered around the phone/call center. Convergys Contact Center Agents without Lotus Notes registering for the first time must have the following information ready in order to register:
1. PIN or National ID Number
2. Country issuing National ID
3. Date of birth
Please note that the National ID can be issued by a government agency or a Convergys ID (PIN) given to you by your trainer or supervisor. It is NOT your employee ID or name. If you are unsure of what to enter, contact your supervisor.
