A user can file a claim, reopen a claim, check the status of a pending UI application, view payment history and enroll to have their IU payments directly deposited. If your new and filing IU for the first time please have your SSN #, your employment information for the last 2 years, your gross earnings during those 2 years and the reason you are not with those employers now.
