The lawsuit claims that Verizon did not properly disclose that a subscriber of the Get It No could not transfer the games downloaded onto one handset to a subsequent handset free of charge. Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, Class Action Case No. C 09-02712 RS and is in the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco.
