Ordering a college transcript is made simple with the Get My Transcript service. Please note that this service does not cover all colleges in the US. The homepage will show which colleges you can make a transcript request from. If your college is not on the drop down list please contact your college admin office for more information on how to make a request. GetMyTranscript.com is powered by the National Student Clearinghouse and is very easy to use and navigate. This service is not free and a valid form of payment is required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. The total cost of the service depends on several factors such as how much the school charges for the transcript itself, surcharge for expediting transcript deliver and the quality of the transcript. Cash, money orders and checks are not accepted. If you have a pre paid debit Visa or MasterCard you may it to make a payment. Refunds are available in certain situations. To make a refund request please have the transaction ID of your Transcript Ordering request.
Please also note that transcript orders will expire if your desired school requires a consent form and you have not returned it to us within 30 calendar days. The school itself is responsible for finding your record and the Clearinghouse is simply a middle man in the process. The amount of time it takes for your transcripts to be delivered depends on your school and its processing time. If you receive your documents and they are not complete or an error has taken place please contact your Office of the Registrar at your school and not the ClearingHouse. It is recommended if you need your college transcripts to simply make the request through your school.
