The Discount Tire rebate center allows a customer to check on the status of a rebate, claim a rebate and manage their DTC account online. To claim a rebate please have the offer code, the invoice number, the transaction date and your customer phone number on hand. The offer code number should be five digits in length without any spaces or dashes. The invoice number should be 7 digits in length. The information provided will then be matched up the DTC invoice rebate system. Rebates will be mailed first class and will take about 3 to 4 weeks to show up. If you prefer to mail or fax you rebate in please do so by:
mail: DTC [insert offer number], P.O. Box 1430, Mesa, AZ 85211-1430
or fax: 480-668-9402
To check the status of your rebate online please have your email address or your last name, home address, and zip code. If your rebate has expired you are out of luck. All rebates must be submitted before date of expiration. Now if you simply lost your rebate please contact the store where you made the purchase in order to obtain a reprint of the invoice. The reprint will contain the information from the original invoice that you need to redeem your rebate. If you have any questions please call toll-free 1-866-892-8078.
