A class action lawsuit has been filed against Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods. The foods under fire are the Dr. Praeger’s Frozen California Burgers,Tex-Mex Veggie Burgers, Broccoli Pancakes, Potato Pancakes, and Spinach Pancakes. If you are someone you know purchased one of these products between the dates of May 30, 2000 through August 31, 2007 you might be included in this class action lawsuit settlement. Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods claims no wrong doing but has agreed to a settlement in order to avoid a long court battle. Under the settlement agreement customers might be entitled to reimbursements for the cost of buying the products.
