CitgoAccountOnline provides services for the users of the CITGO Visa and MasterCard credit cards. These cards are designed for people who want to save a few extra bucks on gas a month and with the way gas prices have been rising over the years that’s not a bad idea. Please note that the CITGO Account Service website is upgraded from time to time around 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time and some of the site features and services will not be available to the customer during this upgrade. The upgrade usually occurs on a Sunday. To access your account you will need your used ID and password. If you had a user ID but have not made use of the services within the last 18 months you will be required to register again. To register you must have your CITGO card on hand, an email address and a check so you can set up Online Bill Payments. The online bill payment feature is the most popular service on the site and allows a user to quickly pay their bill online. This is a must if your going to use the CITGO Account Services. Once you have completed the registration process you will be able to Pay your bill, view recent account activity, print statements, update account details and more much more.
If you would like to add another card to your account simply click on the “Add another card to this User ID” on Account Homepage. The more popular cards issued by CITGO include the CITGO Prefered PlatinumVisa, the CITGO Gold MasterCard, and the Citi CITGO MasterCard.
