Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.
Weekends and Holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.
If you visit the site on any times/dates besides the one shown above you will get an error message which reads “Please return to file online when the system is available.”
If the system is up a legal resident of the state can file a unemployment claim online, check the status of a claim, update payment methods, file an appeal, download and print applicable forms and much more. uiclaims.hawaii.gov is operated by the Department Of Labor and Industrial Relations.
